Half Marathon (2011)

The half marathon course has been re-designed for 2011 to be flat and fast.  It follows the same course as the marathon, looping into the beautiful Sumas Prairie.  The course should invite runners to aim for Personal Best's with only a very slight and steady decline and incline going in and out of Mill Lake Park.

10K Run (2011)

The 10K course has been modified for 2011 to be less congested and safer for runners.  It overlaps with the half marathon and marathon for some of the initial and final distance and also works to incorporate some of the paved trails in Mill Lake Park.  It promises to be a fast course as well, with very little elevation change from start to finish.

5K Fun Run (2011)

The 5K course can be run competitively or for the sheer fun of participating in this great community event.  There will be staggered starts at the beginning to ensure that competitive runners are free from any significant congestion.  The course has been altered this year to avoid some of the bottlenecks encountered in previous years.  The trails of Mill Lake Park are a significant feature of the family-friendly course.
